RNA-Seq data and analysis of different genotypes showing different susceptibility to ash dieback (ADB). This current work is a part of the FraxGen subproject, included in the research network FraxForFuture, created in 2020 to contribute to the future preservation and management of ash trees in Germany. Samples have been processed and analysed for three different works: 1) Inoculated and mock-inoculated samples from two common ash (Fraxinus excelsior) genotypes, FAR3 and UW1, with low and high susceptibility to ash dieback (ADB), respectively, were collected during an early infection phase (7 days post inoculation, dpi). 2) Samples from four common ash (F. excelsior) genotypes showing tolerance and susceptibility to ADB were collected in a time-course at 7, 14, 21 and 28 dpi. 3) Samples from ten common ash (F. excelsior) genotypes with different responses at ADB were collected at 17 dpi.
