The project scoped out a genome-guided approach to differentiate potentially pathogenic non-O157 STEC. A dataset of whole genome sequences was collected to allow analysis from isolates associated with human clinical disease, and isolates for which there is no associated disease reported associated with wildlife (deer) and food. <br> Scoping Study.
