The study evaluated the differential gene expression in A375 cells treated with DMSO when compared to XL413 or OF1 or OF1 and XL413 combination using RNA-seq Overall design: Total RNA was extracted from A375 cells that were treated with either DMSO or XL413 or OF1 or OF1 and XL413 combination for 24 hours, followed by poly-A selection and RNA-sequencing using Illumina Hi-Seq 4000 platform, with three biological replicates for each transformed sample.
