Microarrays of 4-month-old sugarcane collected in winter

Microarrays using as samples leaves +1 of 4-month-old sugarcanes collected in winter. The 12 samples are in duplicates, collected every 2 h for 22h, starting 1.5 h before dawn. The microarray experiments are a time point against an equimolar pool of all samples, using as crossreference a dye-swap of the biological replicate collected at the same time point. The leaves +1 of 4-month-old sugarcanes were collected in winter every 2h for 22h, starting 1,5h before dawn. Each sample is a mix of three individuals. Hybridizations were done using a custom 4x44 k oligoarray (Agilent Technologies) and samples were labeled using Low Input Quick Amp Labelling protocol of the Two-Color Microarray-Based Gene Expression Analysis system (Agilent Technologies). Hybridizations were done in duplicates for each time point against an equimolar pool of all samples. The duplicates are a dye-swap of a biological replicate of the same time point.
