The earlier volumes record number of certificate and name of person to whom the certificate was issued. From 19 February 1946 the date on which certificate was issued is also provided. Later volumes, in addition, record the relevant receipt number. Volumes 6/13040-42 include, at the back, lists of new certificates issued in lieu of original certificates. (6/13039-43). 5 vols.
