This folder contains Stata code and associated data files for conducting the regression analysis presented in the manuscript "The Impact of External Equity Dispersion on Corporate Innovation."
The subsequent sections of this document provide a guide to the data, detailing the sources, the data processing methodology, a list and description of the files included in the replication package, and a definition of the variables used in the final analysis. We strongly encourage researchers to consult the manuscript for the theoretical framework and methodological justification underlying our analytical choices.
