Here, we report the genomic binding profile of NANOG and SOX17 in human embryonic stem cells and human primordial germ cell-like cells. Overall design: There are 16 samples in total. For both NANOG and SOX17 ChIP-seq in hESCs and hPGCLCs, two biological replicates were conducted, together with corresponding input control.
