Perimeter of the 8 Pôles d'Équilibre Territorial et Rural (PETR) in the Hauts-de-France region. A pole of territorial and rural balance (PETR) is a public institution bringing together several EPCIs with their own taxation associated in a non-landlocked territorial perimeter in the form of a mixed trade union. Created since 2014, these structures allow cooperation between rural territories and small and medium-sized cities.
