LDM-mouse gut metagenome Targeted loci
收藏资源简介:
Here we show that gut pathobionts, enriched by a low dosage treatment of dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) and translocated to pancreas, caused local inflammation, destruction of beta cells and development of insulin-dependent diabetes in mice. To profile the overall structure of gut microbiota after DSS treated, the V3-V4 region of the bacterial 16S rRNA gene was sequenced for fecal samples of mice in experimental group and control group on Day 0, 56, and 84, using Illuminar Miseq platform. At the same time, the experimental and control group mice were used as donors, and samples of mice after fecal bacteria transplantation were also tested by Illuminar Miseq platform. With three healthy volunteers and four T1D patients as donors, samples of mice after fecal bacteria transplantation were also tested by Illuminar Miseq platform.
