Zaječar District: Geo-survey – Sourcing practices, supply capacities and short food supply chain linkages in the hospitality sector

Dataset contains anonymized survey data collected within the RUSTIK project in the Zaječar District, covering the municipalities of Sokobanja and Boljevac. The survey targets three groups of actors within short food supply chains (SFSC): hospitality establishments, farmers, and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The dataset provides insights into sourcing practices, supply chain relationships, perceptions of local products, and barriers to cooperation between agriculture and tourism sectors. Data were collected using the Maptionnaire platform (https://www.maptionnaire.com/) and include geospatial elements enabling mapping of supply chain connections. The dataset supports research on local food systems, rural development, and tourism integration.
