Fecal microflora of dragonfly. insect gut metagenome

Meta 16S rDNA sequences of fecal microbes of dragonfries were analyzed by using Illumina sequencer. The microbial characteristics of dragonfly feces will confer useful information to reveal the metabolism in gut and mechanisms of host-microbe coexistence.
