The cancer stem cell hypothesis postulates that breast cancer stem cells (BCSCs) are drivers of therapy-resistance and recurrence, and are therefore responsible for poor cancer outcomes. This project contains RNASeq data for transcriptomes of Aldeflour stained fluorescently sorted BCSCs and matched non-stem cancer cells.
