This project includes sequencing data from "Rapid DNA unwinding accelerates genome editing by engineered CRISPR-Cas9 the PAM depletion" (Eggers and Chen et al. 2023). Experimental studies include: PAM depletion assay to determine the PAM preference for wildtype GeoCas9 and iGeoCas9; On-target gene editor assay to compare the different gene editing abilities of wildtype GeoCas9, iGeoCas9, wildtype Nme2Cas9, iNme2Cas9, Nme2Cas9(C-NR), and wildtype SpyCas9; and an Off-target gene editor assay to compare the off-target rates of wildtypeGeoCas9, iGeoCas9, wildtype Nme2Cas9, and iNme2Cas9.
