This data set is based on a global hybrid simulation designed by Prof. Lin & Prof. Wang. The soft X-ray emissions in the Earth’s magnetosheath is studied by using this data set. This data set includes the magnetic field, plasma density, ion temperature, electric field, and current, which is used to plot the figures. There are four cases in the dataset
