Dataset: Immediate disruption of Amazonian soil communities and decomposition service under experimental heating and drying
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains taxonomic, morphological, functional, environmental and chemical data collected during a tropical rainforest experiment investigating the effects of short-term heating and drying treatments on soil communities and decomposition processes. The experiment was designed to evaluate how these climatic stressors influence cellulose cotton strip decomposition, microbial respiration, and soil invertebrate and microbial community structure. This dataset supports reproducibility of the associated R analyses, which are included in the R Markdown file (DHR_analysis.Rmd). The dataset can be used for further meta-analyses on soil invertebrate responses to climate stressors, decomposition dynamics, and functional group shifts in tropical ecosystems.
