The DNA extracted from fecal samples of subjects was detected by Xiamen aide human sdc2 gene methylation detection kit (fluorescence PCR method), and compared with colonoscopy and / or pathological diagnosis (hereinafter referred to as control method). At the same time, some samples were selected for nucleic acid sequencing. Through the comparison between the test results of the test reagent and the control method, and the determination of the amplification section of the test reagent by Sanger sequencing, the safety and effectiveness of the test reagent in clinical application are verified. 

本研究从受试者的粪便样本中提取DNA，经厦门艾德SDC2基因甲基化检测试剂盒（荧光PCR方法）进行检测，并将检测结果与结肠镜检查及/或病理诊断（以下简称对照方法）进行对比。同时，选取部分样本进行核酸测序。通过对比检测试剂与对照方法的检测结果，并通过对检测试剂扩增区域的Sanger测序验证，证实了检测试剂在临床应用中的安全性和有效性。
