Phyllosphere fungal sequences of true mangroves and mangrove associates

We assessed leaf fungal communities associated with 6 true mangrove species and 5 mangrove associates via high throughput sequencing. We aimed to explore community assembly and network structure of epiphytic and endophyticphyllosphere fungi in a subtropical mangrove ecosystem.
