Cacao Frontiers Analysis Data

This repository contains all materials used to conduct the geospatial analysis presented in the paper. It includes: a README file documenting the GEE workflow; three Google Earth Engine JavaScript scripts for the regional-scale spectral classification; vector assets including land cover training polygons; an eCognition ruleset spreadsheet for the fine-scale object-based analysis; R code and input data for boxplot visualization of biophysical indicators (NDVI, LAI, SWIR); and field-collected tree inventory data from 24 plots in the Transamazon Highway corridor, Pará, Brazil. All materials are provided to ensure full reproducibility of the results.
