Data and Code from : Cross-scale interactions shape the impacts of agricultural intensification on farmland birds

Data and code used for performing the statistical analysis of the manuscript :"Cross-scale interactions shape the impacts of agricultural intensification on farmland birds". The code consists in two different R scripts: (1) the first one is about producing descriptive statistics about the community data and fitting GLMM to understand bird community responses to local and landscape intensification (Script_GLMM_Multiscale_Intensif_Birds.R), (2) the other about fitting piecewiseSEM to test the direct and indirect path of effects of local and landscape-scale intensification on multiple facets of bird communities (Script_PSEM_Multiscale_Intensif_Birds.R).
