To elucidate the significance of genetic indicators on the immune contexture, whole genome sequencing (WES) was performed on MSI-high (n = 12) and POLE-mutant (n = 6) individuals. Neoantigen prediction and depletion analysis revealed that MSI-high tumors generated a greater abundance of neoantigens and fewer immune escape events, resulting in stronger immunogenicity overall.
