This FAIRsharing record describes: The purpose of this journal is to promote and spread, both nationally and internationally, the scientific research that takes place in the field of Theology, focusing on the following aspects:

- openness to interdisciplinary perception, placing Theology within the systemic and dialogical knowledge framework;

- attention to the contextual and organic processes of Culture, namely that of Portugal and Latin America, where it is most actively involved;

- inclusion of its content in the horizon of “Religion Studies”, seeking to establish its scientific production and circulation within networks of this sphere;

- follow up on the scientific production taking place in other countries, thus stressing the international character of the journal.

Without excluding other readers, the journal’s content is primarily intended for an academic readership, interested in the scientific development of the different areas of Theology.

Its periodicity will be biannual.

Each issue will be based on a monographic theme, and coordinated by one or more researchers.
