MAET Egyptology collection CT scan dataset

The dataset contains the DICOM files of 20 CT scanned mummified heads studied as part of the HEADS project under the MSCA PF Grant Agreement No. 101103419. It is being made public to act as supplementary data for a publication and for other researchers to use this data in their own work. The CT scans were produced at the Affidea CDC S.p.A. in Turin by Dr. F. Cesarani, and they can be viewed using open access software like 3D slicer and Weasis. The mummified individuals originate from the Museum of Anthropology and Ethnography of the University of Turin.
