Transcriptome of the gonad of Glyptosternum maculatum

Six mature Glyptosternum maculatum individuals with similar body lengths and weights were selected for the study. Histological examination confirmed that the gonads of all specimens were at the fourth developmental stage. Three males and three females were randomly chosen for analysis.The gonad was collected for transcriptome analysis.
