高性能Micro-LED外延技术研究

本项目下设课题一的相关科学数据，对应项目任务书“项目目标、成果与考核指标表”中的波长均匀性成果指标，对衬底、外延材料的应力研究，开发出新型衬底材料，设计新型外延结构，开发出具有低电流密度高峰值效率的外延片。数据文件包括有课题一实施过程中的科研活动细节及基础数据、形成的科技报告、申请的发明专利、发表的学术论文、第三方具有资质的测试机构检测产生的测试报告等原始数据。This is a collection of relevant scientific data for Project 1 under this program, which corresponds to the wavelength uniformity achievement indicator specified in the "Project Objectives, Achievements and Assessment Indicators Form" of the project task statement. This data is derived from research on stress in substrates and epitaxial materials, development of novel substrate materials, design of new epitaxial structures, and development of epitaxial wafers with low current density and high peak efficiency. The data files include original data such as detailed research activity records and basic data generated during the implementation of Project 1, completed scientific and technical reports, filed invention patents, published academic papers, and test reports issued by qualified third-party testing institutions.
