Dataset for Voltage-Dependent Load–Modulation Mapping for Zero-Voltage Switching in a 360-kW Modular DAB High-Power Charger
收藏资源简介:
This dataset supports the study “Voltage-Dependent Load–Modulation Mapping for Zero-Voltage Switching in a 360-kW Modular DAB High-Power Charger.” The dataset contains zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) results for a 360-kW modular Dual Active Bridge (DAB) high-power charger comprising twelve interleaved 30-kW modules connected in an input-parallel output-parallel (IPOP) configuration. The charger is evaluated from a fixed 1200-V DC link at output voltages of 600, 700, 850, 900, and 1000 V, under full, medium, light, and ultra-light load conditions using Single Phase Shift (SPS), Dual Phase Shift (DPS), and Triple Phase Shift (TPS) modulation. A total of 2,160 switching events are evaluated using independent commutation-current polarity and magnitude criteria. The final classifications comprise 1,410 Full ZVS events (65.3%), 69 Quasi ZVS events (3.2%), and 681 No-ZVS events (31.5%). Among the hard-switching events, 649 are attributed to polarity-only failure, while 32 fail both polarity and magnitude requirements. The deposited files contain the numerical operating-point results, module-level ZVS classifications, supporting tables, and data used to generate the figures and conclusions reported in the associated manuscript. The dataset is intended to support reproducibility, independent verification, and further research on modulation-dependent soft-switching behaviour in modular DAB converters for high-power electric-vehicle charging.
