Here we report the draft genome sequences of 14 bacteria isolated on half strength (1:2 diluted) marine agar medium from various marine sponge species sampled in the South China Sea off the coast of Taiwan. The genomes were paired-end (2x150bp) sequenced on an Illumina NextSeq 2000 platform and assembled with SPAdes v.3.9.0.
