Recent studies have reported tRNA-derived small RNAs (tsRNAs) expression profiles in various tissue types; however, tsRNAs expression profile in human epicardial adipose tissue (EAT) remains undefined. This work aimed to compare tsRNAs expression patterns in EAT between the heart failure (HF) and non-HF groups. Epicardial adipose samples collected from patients with heart failure (n=5) and control (n=5) were profiled using RNA-sequencing on the Illumina NextSeq 500 system using NextSeq 500/550 V2 kit (#FC-404-2205, Illumina). Please note that SSF and SYL are patients with sinus rhythm and heart failure, ZYQ is a patient with atrial fibrillation and heart failure.
