Source Data and Code - Ecosystem stoichiometry reconsidered: integrating supply and demand with ecosystem function

Data and R code have been made available to generate Figures 1-6 and Supplemental Figures 1-2. Data generated from the keyword search can be found in 'keywordSearch_Figs1-3_FigS1.csv' and 'keywordSearch_Fig4.csv'. Data generated from the citation search can be found in 'citationSearch_Figs1-3_FigS1.csv' and 'citationSearch_Fig4.csv'. Associated code for the literature review is in 'EcosystemStoichiometry_literatureReview_dataCode_Figs1-4_FigS1.R'. Written out meta-data and procedure for literature review are found in 'metaData_litReview_Zenodo.docx' and supplemental materials. Code required to generate Figures 5-6 and Supplemental Figure 2 can be found in 'EcosystemStoichiometry_modelExperiments_Figs5-6_FigS2.R' and 'EcosystemStoichiometry_Models_20260223.R'. For analyses and figures, save files and set working directory in R code to where data files are saved.
