Number of HCE mobile proximity cards in Poland 2021-2023, by bank

In the fourth quarter of 2023, banks handled over 12.5 million smartphone payment cards. The most significant number of such cards, including Apple Pay, Garmin Pay, and Fitbit Pay was held by Santander BP bank in Poland, amounting to over 2.9 million active mobile cards, an increase of 797.3 thousand HCE cards y/y.
