Xrn1-sensitive lncRNAs accumulate upon inactivation of Dbp2 and Mtr4

To investigate the role of the helicases Dbp2 and Mtr4 in the decay of Xrn1-sensitive lncRNAs, we performed RNA-Seq in yeast cells lacking Dbp2 or depleted for Mtr4.为探究解旋酶Dbp2与Mtr4在Xrn1敏感型长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNAs，lncRNAs）降解过程中的作用，我们对缺失Dbp2或敲低Mtr4的酵母细胞开展了RNA测序（RNA-Seq）实验。
