This dataset compiles basic statistical data regarding primary education in Qinghai Province from 1952 to 2022, covering metrics such as the number of graduates, new enrollment, total enrolled students, faculty and staff count, and student-teacher ratio. The data is stratified by major years and eight prefecture-level administrative regions: Xining City, Haidong City, Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Golog Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, and Haixi Mongol and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. Primary school faculty and staff are classified by school type, while full-time teachers are categorized by educational level, including those who teach primary school curricula in nine-year and twelve-year consistent schools. All data is extracted from the Qinghai Statistical Yearbook published by the Qinghai Provincial Bureau of Statistics. The dataset contains one data table with 7 fields in total:
