Real Time Hybrid Simulation Tests on Magneto-Rheological Damper at Purdue

This study is conducted to validate RTHS with shake table tests. With this objective in mind, a RTHS framework is developed at Intelligent Infrastructure Systems Lab located at Purdue. A Lord made MR damper (RD-8041-1) is tested as the physical substructure where as the three story structure (tested in Experiment 1, 5, 2) is modeled as the numerical substructure.
