The volumes consist of two sections. The first section is arranged under accounts and types of payments (eg. rent, water rates, interest etc.) and gives date, particulars of receipts, amount debited or credited and balance. The second section is arranged under name of lessee and gives date lease commenced, term of lease, area, rates payable, dates of payments, rates of payments, particulars and amounts.
