Transcriptome analysis of the potential mechanism of Longkui Yinxiao soup in the treatment of imiquimod-induced psoriasis-like mice

Psoriasis is a common inflammatory skin disease in clinic. In order to clarify the mechanism of Longkui Yinxiao soup in treating psoriasis, we used imiquimod-induced psoriasis-like mouse model for sequencing analysis. The results showed that its mechanism of action was mainly related to lipid metabolism. Overall design: This experiment was divided into three groups, namely blank group, model group and Longkui Yinxiao soup group, with 3 replicates in each group. The blank group did not receive any treatment, the model group was coated with imiquimod, and the drug group was given Longkui Yinxiao soup on the basis of imiquimod.
