Diagnostic genotype-by-sequencing SNPs for three largemouth bass lineages and hybrids

2,809 SNPs across 144 largemouth bass individuals, derived by genotype-by-sequencing with PstI enzyme. GBS data was assembled with Stacks2 and a draft Micropterus floridanus genome. Individuals include northern Largemouth Bass (M. salmoides), largemouth bass from the Mobile-Tensaw delta, Florida Bass (M. floridanus), and intergrades.
These SNPs were filtered from https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.16915501.v3 . We used custom Python scripts and the populations.sumstats.tsv output from Stacks to identify 2,809 SNPs that were diagnostic between DLB, NLB, and FLB, with the criteria that they had >90% or <10% allele frequency in at least two of the three largemouth bass lineages.
