Karingani Game Reserve Baobab Analysis Data and Code

This dataset contains R scripts and accompanying data files that allow for replication of analyses conducted to assess the accuracy of aerial surveys as a tool for baobab mapping, to evaluate landscape drivers of baobab distribution, and to characterize elephant herbivory impacts on baobabs in Karingani Game Reserve, Mozambique. Field data used in these analyses were collected during June and July 2023.Karingani Game Reserve provided logistical support, in-field resources, and permission to perform the study in Karingani.
