Landfill of Waste Directive Implementation Report according to Article 15 of Council Directive 1999/31/EC of 26 April 1999 on the landfill of waste. The Landfill Directive aims to protect both human health and the environment. In particular, it aims to prevent, or reduce as much as possible, any negative impact from landfill on surface water, groundwater, soil, air and human health.
