资源简介:
Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) is a growing global public health concern, with resistant bacteria increasingly detected in food producing animals and their environments. In this project, we investigated bacterial isolates recovered from poultry samples to identify and characterize their antimicrobial resistance gene profiles. The main objective was to determine the presence of genetic determinants associated with resistance, which may contribute to the transmission of AMR through the food chain. By examining the genetic basis of resistance in poultry associated bacteria, this study provides important insights into potential public health risks and highlights the need for continuous monitoring of AMR in livestock and poultry products.
