A retrospective analysis was conducted on patients with non-specific invasive breast cancer who underwent breast MRI examination and surgical treatment at Zhejiang Cancer Hospital and Haining People's Hospital from 2022 to 2024. The ADC maps of each patient were subjected to whole-tumor segmentation followed by feature extraction. Correlation tests and Lasso regression were used to screen out the radiomic features most relevant to histological grade and lymph node burden, and models for predicting histological grade and lymph node burden were constructed.
