CSV file of each node of the summary network

Comma delimited text file containing information about each node reported in surveyed publications. The contents of each column are as follows: <strong>RawNodeID</strong> - Name of the node as reported in the original publication.<br><strong>Type</strong> - Types of parasite nodes, or Resource/Immune categories of host nodes.<br><strong>RenamedNodeID</strong> - Renaming of the node e.g. to ensure up-to-date, correctly spelt species names.<br><strong>FirstAggregation</strong> - Whether or not this node name should be aggregated to the first level (see basic aggregation in our published paper).<br><strong>FirstAggregationID</strong> - The name of each node following the first level of aggregation.<br><strong>SecondAggregation</strong> - Whether or not this node name should be aggregated to the second level (called Moderate aggregation in our published paper).<br><strong>SecondAggregationID</strong> - The name of aggregated nodes following the second level of aggregation.<br><strong>ThirdAggregation</strong> - Whether or not this node name should be aggregated to the third level (called Severe aggregation in our published paper).<br><strong>ThirdAggregationID</strong> - The name of aggregated nodes following the third level of aggregation.
