To identify mRNAs loaded onto eIF4E1B and eIF4E, LACE-seq was performed using eIF4E1B and eIF4E immunoprecipitated mRNAs from mouse fully grown oocytes RNA co-precipitated with eIF4E1B and eIF4E differed from the control RNA enriched by the control IgG rabbit serum antibody. Overall design: According to our previously developed a linear amplification of cDNA ends and sequencing (LACE-seq) methodology to identify RBP targets at or near the single-cell level.we determined the binding sites for eIF4E1B and eIF4E in 100 of fully-grown mouse oocytes. Two biological repeats, labeled as Rep 1 and Rep 2, were generated for each sample.
