To investigate the impact of TNFa on mammary basal colony formation in vitro 3D culture. Overall design: The mammary basal cells were sorted from adult female mammary glands by FACS sorting, and cultured in the presence of 10ng/ml recombinated mouse TNFa in 3D for 10 days, and harvested for microarray, compared with control.
