Pyrolysis characteristics of different occurrence organic matters

This data set is about the pyrolysis characteristics of soluble organic matter (SOM), clay bonded organic matter (COM) and residue particle organic matter (POM). 1-Original_pyrolysis_data is the original data of Rock_Eval VI experiments. It includes data of three kinds of sample: the raw sample; the extracted sample which is the residue of raw sample after sohxlet extraction treatment; the oxidized sample which is the residue of the extracted sample after sodium peroxodisulfate oxidation treatment. 2-Sample_weight is the recorded sample weight of each experiment. It also includes the conversion factor of the pyrolysis data of extracted sample and oxidized sample which is calculated by the sample weight. 3-Conversion_data is the converted pyrolysis data of extracted sample and oxidized sample. 4-Calculation_data is the characteristic parameters of SOM, COM and POM, which is calculated by the pyrolysis data of the raw sample, extracted sample and oxidized sample.本数据集聚焦于溶解性有机质（soluble organic matter, SOM）、黏土结合态有机质（clay bonded organic matter, COM）及残渣颗粒态有机质（particle organic matter, POM）的热解特性。 1. 原始热解数据（Original_pyrolysis_data）为Rock-Eval VI实验的原始测试数据，涵盖三类样品的相关数据：原始样品、经索氏抽提（Soxhlet extraction）处理后得到的抽提残渣样品、以及经过硫酸钠（sodium peroxodisulfate）氧化处理抽提残渣样品所得的氧化残渣样品。 2. 样品质量数据（Sample_weight）记录了各实验的样品称量质量，同时包含基于样品质量计算得到的抽提残渣样品与氧化残渣样品的热解数据转换系数。 3. 转换后热解数据（Conversion_data）为抽提残渣样品与氧化残渣样品经转换处理后的热解数据。 4. 计算所得特征数据（Calculation_data）为基于原始样品、抽提残渣样品及氧化残渣样品的热解数据，计算得到的SOM、COM与POM特征参数。
