In-situ continuous measurement of methane concentration and d13C along the peat profile and in the emitted CH4 at a boreal mire

This contains measurement data of meteorological data, CH4 flux data, dissolved methane concentration along peat profile,  d13C-CH4 along peat profile and in the emitted CH4, as well as leaf area index measured at Siikaneva fen (Southern Finland) during a full annual cycle (16 March 2022 and 15 March 2023).
