RNA profiling of orthotopic K7M2 osteosarcoma mouse model treated with SFV-Gal3-N-C12, SFV-Luc or PBS (mock group). To better understand the mechanism underlying the therapeutic effect of SFV-Gal3-N-C12 we analyzed, in primary tumors of treated mices, the changes in expression of osteosarcoma-specific prometastasic genes as well as immunomodulatory molecules genes, and differences in immune cell infiltration. Comparison of the RNA pofiling in K7M2 osteosarcoma mouse model treated with SFV-Gal3-N-C12 (n = 4), SFV-Luc (n = 3) or PBS (n = 5). Seven days after orthotopic K7M2 cell implantation (0D), we treated mice by intratumorally injection with SFV-Gal3-N-C12, SFV-Luc or PBS (mock group). Then, the expression of osteosarcoma-specific prometastasic gene set, expression of immunomodulatory molecules genes and tumor immune infiltrate was analyzed by RNA-seq (14 days posttreatment).
