This study was designed to evaluate the transcriptomic alterations upon SRMS deficiency after cisplatin exposure in a human ovarian cancer cell line. Overall design: Ovarian cancer ES-2 cells expressing control vector or SRMS shRNA were treated with 15μM cisplatin for 8 hours. The cancer cells were then applied for RNA isolation and RNA sequencing. Each sample have three replicates.
