Transgenerational expression data from adult zebrafish exposed to low level TCDD

Exposure to TCDD early in development produces reproductive abnormalities and decreased reproductive capacity in males in subsequent generations We used microarrays to investigate the global programme of gene expression in testicular tissue and identified distinct multigenerational and transgenerational gene expression changes due to legacy TCDD exposure in males. Zebrafish were exposed to sublethal TCDD or vehicle (DMSO) during early development, males in the next two generations were analyzed for phenotypic and gene expression changes as adults. 5 TCDD and 5 Control males both the F1 and F2 generations.
