TECHNOLOGY OF INCREASING THE AMOUNT OF PROTEINS AND PROTEINS IN FISH FEED USING BIOTECHNOLOGICAL METHODS

This article is devoted to technologies for increasing the amount of proteins and proteins in fish feed based on biotechnological approaches. The study analyzes the possibilities of using fermentation, bioconversion using microorganisms (bacteria and fungi), enzymatic hydrolysis, and probiotic and prebiotic additives. These methods serve to improve the digestibility of feed raw materials, increase the share of essential amino acids, and increase their biological value. As a result of biotechnological processes, the feed utilization coefficient increases, the growth rate and health of fish improve. The article also discusses the issues of reducing production costs and ensuring environmental sustainability by partially replacing traditional protein sources. The conclusions obtained are of practical importance in establishing effective and innovative feed production in fisheries.
