Data and R code for: Vitamin D Status and Clinical Outcomes in Interstitial Lung Disease: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of Observational Studies
收藏资源简介:
This record contains the extracted data and R code supporting the systematic review and meta-analysis “Vitamin D Status and Clinical Outcomes in Interstitial Lung Disease: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of Observational Studies” (PROSPERO CRD420261492780). The review synthesized ten observational studies (1,702 participants, 1,387 with interstitial lung disease) reporting circulating vitamin D in adults with ILD. The primary outcomes were the prevalence of vitamin D deficiency (25(OH)D <20 ng/mL) and insufficiency (<30 ng/mL), estimated separately for sarcoidosis and non-sarcoidosis ILD, and the mean difference in serum 25(OH)D between patients with ILD and comparator groups, pooled only within a predefined comparator type. Contents data/: the analysis dataset (Excel workbook with four sheets) and plain-text CSV copies. The sheets are study characteristics, prevalence data (events and denominators by study, arm and ILD subtype), mean-difference data (means, SD or SE, group sizes and comparator classification), and Newcastle–Ottawa risk-of-bias scores. Derivations of numerators from reported percentages, SE-to-SD conversions and the division of shared control groups are documented within the data. R/01_meta_analysis.R: random-effects pooling (GLMM for proportions, REML for mean differences), heterogeneity, single-study estimates, sensitivity analyses, exploratory publication-bias tests, and forest, funnel, leave-one-out and Baujat plots. R/02_risk_of_bias_robvis.R: risk-of-bias traffic-light and summary plots. README.md: data dictionary, software requirements and step-by-step instructions. The scripts reproduce Table 4 and Supplementary Tables S10–S11 of the article and include a built-in check against the published estimates. Requires R (≥ 4.3) with the packages readxl, meta, metafor, lme4, robvis and ggplot2.
