This dataset contains 2,759 user interaction and survey records from a three-stage iterative deployment of SARA (Smart AI Reception Assistant), a multimodal and bilingual (Bangla-English) AI receptionist system deployed at United International University, Bangladesh. Each record contains: automatically logged objective system performance metrics (ASR latency, TTS quality, RAG accuracy, biometric recognition outcomes), post-interaction survey responses measuring behavioral constructs (Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, System Trust, Cognitive Load, Interaction Satisfaction, Behavioral Intention to Adopt), substitution readiness judgments, task-level AI acceptance preferences, and open-ended qualitative feedback. Stage 1 (N=613): March–April 2025. Stage 2 (N=1,024): June–July 2025. Stage 3 (N=1,122): October–December 2025. All variables are documented in CODEBOOK.md. Data is anonymized. CC BY 4.0. 本数据集收录了部署于孟加拉国国际大学的多模态双语(孟加拉语-英语)AI接待系统智能AI接待助手SARA(Smart AI Reception Assistant)的三阶段迭代部署所产生的2759条用户交互与调研记录。 每条记录均包含以下内容:自动记录的客观系统性能指标(包括自动语音识别(ASR)延迟、文本转语音(TTS)质量、检索增强生成(RAG)准确率、生物特征识别结果);交互后的调研问卷结果,用于测量相关行为构念,具体包括感知易用性、感知有用性、系统信任、认知负荷、交互满意度、采纳行为意向;替代意愿判断;任务层面的AI接受偏好;以及开放式定性反馈。 本次部署分为三个阶段:阶段1(样本量N=613):2025年3月至4月;阶段2(样本量N=1024):2025年6月至7月;阶段3(样本量N=1122):2025年10月至12月。 所有变量均在CODEBOOK.md文件中进行了详细说明。本数据集已完成匿名化处理,采用CC BY 4.0(知识共享署名4.0)许可协议。 作者:Md.
